Concierge medicine is a personalized healthcare model where patients pay an annual fee to receive enhanced access to their physician, including longer visits, direct communication, and preventive health planning.

Is insurance required?

Yes, this is not an insurance replacement. Your concierge membership is for non-covered services. In addition to your subscription, we bill your insurance, and you are subject to your deductibles and co-pays. We work with most PPO insurance plans for outside labs, referrals, and diagnostics. Concierge fees are often reimbursable through HSAs and FSAs.
